Wyoming Housing Network will have a public meeting to obtain feedback on the programs and activities proposed with an application for HOME-ARP funding for Housing Counseling Supportive Services, in compliance with requirements for the application process. The proposed funding is made by the Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA) Program.
The public meeting will be held: Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 10 am.
Place: Wyoming Housing Network Main Office, 2345 E 2nd Street, Casper WY
The purpose of the public meeting is to solicit public view, comments, and recommendations for a potential grant application(s) for WCDA’s HOME-ARP Program. The Wyoming Community Development Authority will accept applications until September 30, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. HOME-American Rescue Plan or “HOME-ARP” was implemented to provide homelessness assistance and supportive services to additional populations. HUD Certified Housing Counseling is an eligible use of funding.
